By accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or enquire about our services.
2. Services and Consultations
Nordovix provides bespoke website builds, booking systems, WhatsApp integrations, AI receptionists, and reporting dashboards. Consultations booked via this website are educational and developmental in nature. All custom build scopes, deadlines, and project fees will be established in separate, written service agreements signed by both parties.
3. Founding Clients Cohort
Eligibility for early-access founding client preferential rates is determined solely by us. We reserve the right to select clients for our cohorts based on technical feasibility and operational fit. Locked-in pricing benefits apply to the core custom systems developed during the initial engagement phase and are subject to the terms of your individual service agreement.
4. Accuracy of Information
We strive to present all our services, processes, and early access benefits honestly and without exaggeration. We do not display fake statistics, client counts, or fabricated client testimonials. We request that you provide accurate business and contact details when using our submission forms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, text, code, graphics, and logos, is the property of Nordovix or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these assets is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Nordovix be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
